At Fired Up GmbH, we are dedicated to supporting people currently in a career transition phase. We do this through our job and founder coaching programs, free of charge for people registered as unemployed in Germany.
We are a bootstrapped company, based in Berlin. Our team works remote-first and we value flexibility, transparency and sense of ownership. We don’t believe in strict hierarchies - instead we are committed to mutual respect, support and feedback in our team.
Our mission is to break the stigma around unemployment and create a safe space where people have the opportunity to reorient themselves and find their (new) path. We believe in empathy and understanding as the foundation for real change - everyone deserves the chance to reinvent themselves professionally.
