At Fired Up, we are dedicated to supporting people currently in a career transition phase. We do this through our job and founder coaching programs as well as upskilling courses, free of charge for people registered as unemployed in Germany.
We are a bootstrapped company, based in Berlin. Our team works hybrid (with a weekly team day in our office in Mitte).
We value people with a high sense of ownership, getting things done and going above and beyond for our clients. We are super ambitious with continousely improving our services.
Our mission is to break the stigma around unemployment and create a safe space where people have the opportunity to reorient themselves and find their (new) path. We believe in empathy and understanding as the foundation for real change - everyone deserves the chance to reinvent themselves professionally.
